88-98 CHEVY 1/2 TON KIT

The Item you are looking at is a custom 3 link suspension designed for the rear of an 88-98 Chevy 1/2 ton P/U.

The main wishbone is built to clear the factory gas tank, and the lower links are built to bolt into the front factory leaf spring hangers.

This kit will come with bag plate pockets to pocket the factory frame rails (welding necessary) to allow for the air bag to center over the lower link bars and not rub the air bag any.

The kit also comes with 8 axle tabs (welding necessary) and 2 long flat tabs to mount the 3 link wishbone (welding necessary).

The Step notch kit that come with the kit is built to slide into position and be fully welded in.

This is a weld on application so it is very recommended that you have a certified welder do all the welding.

KIT INCLUDES:

3 Link Wishbone to clear factory gas tank (1.5 DOM tubing with a .188 wall thickness)

2 Lower links (built from 2x2 1/4 inch thick square tubing)

8 axle tabs 3 inch

2 long flat tabs

Upper bag plates with pocket welded on them

Upper bag plate Gussets

Step notches to lay on 28 inch wheel with 25 series tire (34 inch tall tire)

7 Polyurethane bushings 3 inches wide.
